These terms and conditions apply from 16 September 2024 to customers of AdonNews, an advertising platform operated by ADON InfoTech AB (org. no. 556712-5231).
Who is the data controller?
ADON InfoTech AB is the data controller for all your personal data processed within the framework of the AdonNews service.
What data do we collect and process?
We process the personal data that you must provide to us in order to become a customer of AdonNews, i.e. name, email address, telephone number (user account) and company name, company number and invoice address (business account).
We also process the personal data that you provide to us in connection with contacting our customer service by email or telephone.
In addition to the personal data listed above, we also process IP address and analytics data on our website.

What is the legal basis for the processing?
Regarding the above points, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is that we shall be able to fulfill the contract you enter into with ADON InfoTech AB.
How long is your personal data stored?
We delete your personal data when it is no longer current or necessary or when you have requested the deletion of your user account and/or business account (read more about this under “Account Removal” below).

In the event that we transfer your data to another company that processes your personal data on our behalf as a personal data processor, we have a processing agreement in place with strict instructions on the processing of personal data, confidentiality and security.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that we process about you and the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for the purpose of transferring your data to another controller (so-called data portability). You also have the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data and to request restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you. However, if the processing of your personal data that you wish to restrict or delete is necessary to comply with these conditions, your membership may be terminated as a result of the restriction or deletion.
Please note that the majority of all communication from AdonNews is via email. You can unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time, you can do this directly through a link in our mailings or by contacting us. However, you cannot unsubscribe from system mail (e.g. reminders, notifications, and password resets) without deleting your account.
If you wish to access or correct the personal data we process about you or to exercise any other right, you can do so at www.adonnews.com by logging into your account or by contacting AdonNews support (contact details can be found at the bottom of this document).
If you think that we have processed your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Inspectorate (under a name change to the Privacy Protection Authority).
Account Deletion
When you become a customer of AdonNews, two accounts are created, a user account and a business account. The user account allows you to log in to the system and the business account is the account that is bound by an agreement and manages your advertising.Your user account valid until further notice, and may be removed at any time by either party. To delete your user account, please contact AdonNews Customer Service (see contact details at the bottom). Your account will be deleted no later than 30 days after we receive your message. We have the right to delete your user account at any time with immediate effect if there are factual reasons.
Yours business account valid until further notice, and may be removed at any time by either party. To delete your business account, please contact AdonNews Customer Service (see contact details below). If the business account does not have an active agreement with AdonNews, the account will be deleted no later than 30 days after we receive your notification. If, on the other hand, the business account has an active contract, the account will be deleted as soon as the contract expires and all outstanding invoices are paid. AdonNews has the right to delete your business account at any time with immediate effect if there are factual reasons.
Modification of terms and conditions
We have the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted by email prior to the Terms change becoming effective.
